WakeMed management saw the need to engage with multiple enterprise initiatives that carry significant cost savings. The company embarked with Analytics Intell on an effort to establish an enterprise analytics platform. It was imperative for the organization to move swiftly in assembling current, state-of-the-art informational and analytic capability.

Mainly, they wanted an analytic capability to follow their EMR (CERNER) rollout in order to maximize quality of care and efficiency of care delivery, provide a robust, integrated environment in support of population health initiatives, and streamline existing, older data extract and reporting capabilities.
